EY 2015 Entrepreneur of the year
ArmstrongQ's video and photographic team were thrilled to be commissioned by EY, to capture the 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year National Awards event. These awards celebrate entrepreneurs who make a difference to the communities in which they live and work.
It was a very pleasant surprise to see Peter Botten, the CEO of one of our long-standing clients, Oil Search, who was nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year, in the Listed Company Category. We were even more delighted to see photos and videos, which ArmstrongQ have produced for Oil Search over the years, displayed as part of his introduction.
It was a busy night, capturing the event and the winners and listening to some very interesting speakers including Alan Joyce from Qantas and Adam Bennett from the CBA, as well as Tony Johnson and Lynn Kraus from EY, to name just a few.
Congratulations to Manny Stul, the National Australian Winner, from Moose Enterprise Holdings. Manny was awarded for his instinctive approach to innovation which has lead to Moose's growth and success. Moose Toys' head office is based in Melbourne, where it develops its toy ranges that are sold in over 80 countries and co-ordinates with its manufacturing and distribution base in China and Hong Kong. The company has grown at home and abroad to be ranked as the fourth largest toy brand in Australia, and eighth in the massive US market, competing against long established toy industry leaders such as Hasbro, Mattel and Lego.
Our sincere congratulations also go to all the other finalists and all the winners, who come from around Australia, not only capital cities, but also regional areas. Winners of every category go to the International Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in Monaco next year, and we wish all our Australian winners the very best of luck.
